WElink’s Operations Director Ray Noble speaks at APSE Annual Housing, Construction and Building Maintenance and Seminar 2016
The Association of Public Service Excellence (APSE) is a not for profit local government body working with over 300 councils throughout the UK. It promotes excellence in public services, hosting a network for frontline service providers in areas such as waste and refuse collection, parks and environmental services, cemeteries and crematorium, environmental health, leisure, school meals, cleaning, housing and building maintenance.
At its annual seminar to discuss housing, construction and building maintenance, WElink’s Ray Noble gave an informative presentation on how local authorities could help solve their local housing issues using our approach to modular housing construction. Ray also demonstrated how materials and building techniques have significantly changed in recent years which local authorities could embrace to increase their housing stock as well as upgrade their current stock’s energy efficiency.
