WElink Homes has secured a number of small but attractive development sites on which to launch its business and deliver strong Proof of Concept. Witchford is the first of these which is a 3.5 net acre site in Cambridgeshire that was acquired in November 2018. The development will consist of 46 new off-site manufactured, highly energy efficient 2, 3 & 4 bedroomed homes including 30% affordable.

WElink will deliver the private homes for open market sale and have received offers from local Registered Providers for the affordable homes.

The site is bounded by mature hedgerows with specimen trees which will in the main be retained as part of the development. Some of these trees are protected under Tree Protection Orders that will be safeguarded during our development of the site and become statement trees within the finished development.

Programme delivery is from June 2019 to April 2020.
